3. RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE TRUTHFULNESS OF THE DATA PROVIDED
The User undertakes that the data they provide us, directly through this website, are true, accurate and complete, and in particular that the credit cards, debit cards, Stripe account, that they use are their property and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the service you want to contract. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation in the event of non-payment, chargeback, denied card or false information or in the event that we are unable to verify your card or account details.
4. HOW TO HIRE OUR SERVICES
PICKNICUP is dedicated to the preparation and sale of food through the website www.picknicup.com and that we deliver to Picknicup delivery points.
The products are:
PICNICS: It is a format served in baskets and is for at least 4 people.
TABLES: We have a variety of tables decorated and ready to consume anywhere. Users will be able to choose between several types of tables and two different sizes. In this case, it is not a price per person but per box/board.
BREAKFAST / BRUNCH: they are served from one person and can be selected for 1, 2 or 3 people.
COFFEE BREAK: They are small snacks for business meetings. There are different options depending on the number of units served per person. The price is per person and can be hired from 10 people.
GROUPS MENU: These are menus designed for groups. It can be purchased from 10 people and the price is per person.
CHILDREN: They are individual boxes designed for children up to 10-12 years old. They contain sweet, savory, dessert and drink and there are two different menus to choose from. It can be purchased from 10 units and the price is per person.
PACKS: This is a selection of tables designed for different groups depending on the number of people. The price is for the group of boxes selected in that pack, not for the number of people who will consume it.
EXTRAS: They are different complementary products to the rest of the products.
We also offer personalized catering service.
Recommendations:
– We try to adapt to allergies and food intolerances, so we ask that if you have any special dietary needs, you contact us to try to offer you what you need.
– Product recommended to consume on the same day of delivery.
– The product must be kept cold, away from sunlight or heat sources.
– There may be some minimal modification in the content or quantity, always replacing the product with another very similar one.
Conditions:
– The order must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
– The minimum order is €36.50.
– Delivery has an extra cost that is calculated according to the amount to be paid and the zip code. There are three price ranges, up to €150, from €150 to €450 and from €450 onwards. The delivery cost appears when you complete the order and fill in the delivery information with the zip code.
– The possibility of collecting the order at our location located in Portals Nous at no cost is also offered.
Purchasing process:
1st Choose a product and select your preferences within each product if applicable and the extras you want to add if there are any.
2º Go to the shopping cart, where you will have to fill out a data collection form and accept these General Conditions and specify delivery information.
3º Choose the payment system method and make it through the Stripe payment gateway.
4º You will receive a confirmation email from Picknicup confirming the purchase and the order and delivery information.
5. PRICES OF SERVICES
The prices of the services are indicated in euros and include taxes related to the sale of Products, including VAT. PICKNICUP reserves at all times and unilaterally the modification of the price of services offered through its website. To guarantee the User the certainty of the price of their services, this will be the one in force in the advertising coinciding with the moment of formalizing the order.
6. PAYMENT METHOD
Payment is made in euros exclusively, in full when placing the order and by the following payment methods:
Credit or Debit Card: Both Credit and Debit Cards can be used. The user must follow the instructions that appear on the screen, providing the information required for this purpose.
Payments by bank card are secure thanks to their respective platforms. This solution allows the User to make their service purchases with complete security. The bank details of the User who makes payment by bank card will not be kept by PICKNICUP.
Stripe: Payment gateway in which PICKNICUP will not have access to its customers’ data.
7. DELIVERY
For the delivery of our products there will be no intermediaries and we will be the ones who will make the delivery ourselves and thus you will give us a face. We also have “Picknicup Points” which are collection points.
Delivery has an extra cost that is calculated according to the amount to be paid and the zip code. There are three price ranges, up to €150, from €150 to €450 and from €450 onwards. The delivery cost appears when you complete the order and fill in the delivery information with the zip code.
The possibility of collecting the order at our location located in Portals Nous is also offered at no cost.
8. CANCELLATIONS AND CLAIMS
Services can only be canceled by giving THIRTY calendar days’ notice in advance, in which case the full amount will be refunded. Once 30 days in advance has passed, the amount will not be refunded but date changes can be made free of charge, as long as there is availability in PICKNICUP up to 72 hours before delivery, in which case, there will be no option to change.

9. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
The website, including but not limited to; Its programming, editing, compilation and other elements necessary for its operation, the designs, logos, text and/or graphics are the property of the provider or, where applicable, have a license or express authorization from the authors. All contents of the website are duly protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations, as well as registered in the corresponding public registries.
