Where do you deliver?

We deliver in Palma, Calviá, Andratx, Deiá, Sóller, Alaró, Lloseta, Binissalem, Santa María, Algaida, Sa Cabaneta, Pórtol, Marratxí, Llucmajor, Inca, Esporles, Banyalbufar, Bunyola, Randa, Algaida, Montuiri, Porreres, Sa Rápita, Campos, Palmanyola, Puigpunyent, Sencelles, Biniali, Costitx, Sta. What is the delivery schedule?

You can select the time to delivery at checkout. Deliveries are made from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. If you need your order at a different time, contact us to see if it is possible.

It is possible to pick up the order?

Yes, it can be picked up in our place in Portals Nous for free. The address is Carretera de Andratx 43, Local 5 – 07181.

Can I add a personalized message?

Yes, all orders can contain a personalized message. Please add it in the notes box at checkout.

Do you have a gift card?

Yes, we can send you a gift voucher by email or have it printed at our place to pick it up. You have to place the order with your selection and specify in notes box at the end of the order that it is a gift voucher. Then write us an email to be@picknicup with the order number and we will send you the voucher. It can be used for one year.

What happens if there is no one to recive the order at the time of delivery?

If we arrive at the delivery address and there is no one there, we call the contact numbers you provide us and wait a maximum of 10 minutes because we have to continue with the deliveries. If it can be left somewhere you tell us, we will leave it, otherwise we will take it back to our place and you will have to pick it up.

What is the best way to preserve my product once it is received?

The ideal is to eat it as soon as possible after receiving it. It is important that it does not get sun or heat. It should be kept in a cool place or refrigerator.

Where is the food made?

Our kitchen is in Portals Nous. Everything is homemade and we use a minimum of processed products and we give a lot of importance to the ingredients.

Do you have gluten-free products?

We have products that do not contain gluten naturally, but all of them may contain traces of gluten since we make everything in the same kitchen space without differentiation of ovens or utensils.

How much time in advance do I have to place the order?

Orders are made with a minimum of 72 hours, but as you can schedule it at the end of the purchase process, we recommend doing it as soon as possible to ensure the day and to help us in our organization. If you need something with less than 72 hours, you can contact us to see if there is a possibility of doing it.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is 37,50€.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns. As it is a fresh product, we cannot accept it back once delivered. Up to 15 days before delivery you can cancel the order and we will refund the amount.

What do I do if I need an invoice?

Write to us at be@picknicup.com with your order number and billing information and we will send you the invoice.

What containers do you use?

Most of our packaging is biodegradable or recyclable kraft cardboard food packaging. The bottles and the transparent part of the large boxes are biodegradable from corn starch (PLA).

Do I have to buy kitchenware or cutlery to consume it?

The idea of ​​Picknicup is that all our food is easy to eat, which is why most of the products are bite-sized. Each box contains everything necessary to consume it, depending on what is inside, cutlery, glasses, chopsticks are added… What they always carry are enough napkins for the diners. If you want it to be served on plates, you must add an individual kit per person as an extra.
